Running an ultra marathon in the Himalayas, with two young children and a busy life waiting patiently in Singapore, is not something my sister would have thought of as her calling, but yet it is. She, and a team of 5 others, have just completed the Annapurna100 to raise money and awareness for the empowerment of women in Nepal.

Watching Chloe’s journey I see how the run and all the other paths on the journey before it have been empowered by the energy that comes from acting for a purpose beyond yourself. In the process she has explored, discovered and revealed her entelechy, her inner potential. As she explores more, discovers more and reveals more she wants to give more and so unfurls her purpose in life.

It is a tremendously inspiring process to watch and then be empowered by.
